If you frequent the Refuge Inn in the off-season, chances are good that you’ll have an opportunity to taste our homemade banana bread! It’s an original recipe from our very own Anna Leonard, whose husband Michael runs the Bike Depot next door to the hotel, and staffs the front desk in the chilly winter months.
